For partners

Homes for the village, nature for good.

We work with builders, housing associations, community land trusts and parish councils to bring forward housing schemes paired with restored nature nearby.

A group of people gather round a plan spread on a trestle table on a village green, with brick cottages and a church spire behind them and fields beyond.

What we bring

  • Land with a route to planning. Sites that can work as rural exception sites or small allocations, found and prepared with the landowner.
  • Nature, paired and funded. Restored habitat nearby, funded through Biodiversity Net Gain and planned alongside the homes from the start.
  • Evidence of local need. A register of households who want to live in the area, to sit alongside your own housing need evidence.
  • Care for the long term. Tools and data that take on the day-to-day management of the habitat and its community, so it isn't one more thing on your list.

How a partnership starts

  1. A conversation. What you need, where, and on what timescale.
  2. A shortlist of sites. Land we or the landowner can bring forward, checked against local plans.
  3. A housing need check. Your evidence, the parish's and our register together.
  4. A joint approach to the council. One proposal for homes and habitat, presented together.
