What the homes will be like

  • Close to nature. Every scheme is paired with restored nature nearby. Everywhere the land allows, it's somewhere you can walk and enjoy.
  • Efficient. Designed for low running costs, with warm, well-built homes.
  • For local people. Some schemes will be on rural exception sites, where most homes go to households with a local connection, for affordable rent or shared ownership. Some schemes will include homes for sale.

What happens when you join

  • You'll hear from us when we have news about where and how we're building.
  • We'll invite you to help shape the first NeighbourWoods.
  • We never sell or share your details, and you can leave the register at any time.
